Delivery and Return Policy

This policy describes the delivery and return conditions for digital products and services purchased on saverelease ("Platform"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on the Platform are digital in nature. This includes credits, premium features, and other digital services. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

2. Delivery

2.1 Method of Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, credits are instantly added to your account and premium features are activated immediately.

2.2 Delivery Time

  • Credits: Delivered instantly (within seconds) upon payment confirmation.
  • Premium Features: Activated instantly upon credit redemption.

2.3 Delivery Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address upon successful purchase. Your credit balance and transaction history are also visible in your account dashboard.

2.4 Delivery Issues

If your credits are not reflected in your account within 10 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@saverelease.com with your transaction details. We will resolve delivery issues within 3 business days.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 14-Day Withdrawal Right

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, subject to the exceptions below.

3.2 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital content that has been delivered and whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal.
  • Credits that have been partially or fully used.
  • Services that have been fully performed.

3.3 How to Request a Return/Refund

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Send an email to support@saverelease.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your registered email address, transaction/order ID, and date of purchase.
  3. State clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

3.4 Refund Process

  • Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via PayTR).
  • If credits have been partially used, only the value of unused credits will be refunded.
  • The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank/card statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation by saverelease

We reserve the right to cancel and refund a transaction if:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
  • A pricing or technical error occurred during the transaction.
  • The purchased service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may:

  • Apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your province for disputes under the applicable monetary threshold.
  • File a complaint with the Consumer Court for disputes above the threshold.
  • For EU consumers: use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
